markets by being efficient, using proven technologies and smart growing
techniques.

Field
Trips
Telford’s Horticulture experience involves field trips to parks, private and
public gardens, and botanical gardens. To get a taste of what the industry
offers, there will be visits to nurseries, orchards, and garden centers.
Qualifications
National Certificate in
Horticulture (Introductory) (Level 2)
Duration
One Semester (20 weeks);
starting February
Entry requirements
Aged 16 years and over; with an
interest in horticulture, be physically capable and enjoy an outdoor
environment.
Accommodation
Five and seven day boarding is
available in our on-campus hall of residence.
